Due to non-existence, the movement of people has stopped on this road. Locals said that the people of the area used to move freely through that road for ages. In the meantime, the culvert was constructed at a cost of about 6 lakhs with the funding of an organization called SDF. Even after 20 years the soil has not been filled on both sides to connect it. In this situation, the movement of people has stopped. As culverts have been built over the footpaths for ages, now the locals have lost their former way of movement. Several members of the then rural infrastructure development committee of the SDF organization in this regard

He said that after the construction of the culvert at that place, no allocation was found for filling the soil. In the meantime, the people of the area are moving in that direction even though the road is paved on the other side. Khodkomarpur Union Parishad Panel Chairman Nowsha Mia said, if the project of soil filling is found in the mouth of the connection, it will be accepted. Sadullapur Upazila Project Implementation Officer (PIO) Rezaul Karim said that this work is not the responsibility of his office. Those who have constructed culverts will fill it with soil.
